The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing regional marketing strategies to meet local market needs and target group preferences with objectives to increase brand awareness and commercial success. This person will create marketing plans for the relevant sector (B2B/B2C0 and the brand-appropriate presentation of the company. • Build and maintain relationships with local customers, target groups and industry stakeholders.
• Gather and utilize customer feedback to refine marketing efforts.
• Monitor the competitive market and build market intelligence to understand the needs and preferences of target audiences in the region.
• Adapt global standards to local needs (including translation management) while considering corporate identity
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of local marketing activities.
• Share insights and data with the central marketing team.Profile
  • 3-5+ years of experience
  • Automotive background
  • Strong problem-solving abilities - can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Has a good understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Ability to develop implement innovative and creative marketing concepts.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing preferred.
