Solutions.Summary: The Service Sales Representative specializes in
identifying, qualifying and closing new preventative maintenance
business opportunities (HVAC Maintenance Service
Contracts).Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities in company
coverage area.
- Follow up on sales/project leads.
- Establish long-term, ongoing relationships with clients.
- Increase presence in existing accounts.
- Meet established revenue and profit goals as defined in the
Service Sales Commission Plan.
- Prepare and present client proposals.
- Utilize job site walks to acquire HVAC unit information for
qualified opportunities.
- Maintain existing and cultivate new relationships both
externally and internally through professional
behavior.Qualifications:
- Strong presentation, oral and written communication,
organization and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with COINS ERP or related ERP - Enterprise Resource
Planning is a plus.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task.
- Ability to problem solve.
